Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods (product launches, holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate and complete at checkout.
Deux Chances is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Include your order number and any relevant photos if damage is present.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
